The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness at Napleton's Wyoming Valley BMW dealership. The position offers competitive pay and benefits as part of a family-owned, long-standing automotive group.

Responsibilities include cleaning tasks, inspecting rooms, protecting equipment, and addressing issues with professionalism. Experience in cleaning and strong time-management skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Protect equipment and address any inadequacies
• Notify superiors on damages or disturbances
• Handle complaints professionally and patiently
• Check stocking levels and replace consumables
• Adhere to health and safety policies and company practices
