Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Colorado Springs is seeking a full-time Janitor to keep offices clean, organized, and disinfected. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, trash, and general upkeep across facilities.

You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, follow safety procedures, and maintain cleaning schedules. DailyPay is available. Training provided.

Responsibilities

Clean interior of buildings including floors, carpets, windows, walls and general tasks.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors across offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs, and locker rooms.
Clean stains from chairs and upholstered furniture; keep furniture dust-free.
Clean lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and moldings; maintain restrooms and replenish supplies.
Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools, and phones; manage trash and recycling.
Clean windows and mirrors; remove trash and snow from sidewalks when needed.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report shortages to supervisors.
Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions and follow safety rules. Lift up to 50 pounds.
Close doors at end of night shift and follow cleaning chart for areas cleaned and inspected.
