ADVANCED BUILDING MAINTENANCE INC in Westminster, CO is seeking a motivated Janitor to maintain cleanliness in commercial and medical buildings. The role requires prior janitorial experience and the ability to lift and move items safely.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of common areas, restrooms, and rooms.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handrails, switches, and elevator buttons.
• Empty and dispose of trash and medical waste per guidelines.
• Refill soap, towels, and toilet paper as needed.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when reordering.
• Set up and clean meeting rooms and event spaces as required.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to appropriate personnel.
• Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals.
