Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work weekends (Sat-Sun) along with select weekdays.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
• About 2 years of IT experience in a related field is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily IT infrastructure and assist with hardware and software management.
• Provide support across the organization and help guests and associates.
• Monitor and troubleshoot systems, including UPS, servers, firewalls, and switches.
• Install and manage Windows-based PCs and related software.
• Log, track, and close IT service requests using Service Desk software.
• Assist with phone and voicemail system maintenance and admin tasks.
