Here is how you would contribute to Sierra’s team:
As the IT Assistant, you will work closely with the IT Manager resolving employee technical problems and responding to requests for all of Sierra Construction. You will be able to work diligently and will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to fix issues and ensure functionality for Sierra’s employees.
This will be an in-office, part-time role, approximately 20-24 hours per week.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is required to stand, walk, sit, kneel; handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel, talk and hear. This position requires that the employee be able to drive vehicles to and from different locations. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently inspect the project and may be exposed to ongoing construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud.
Benefits Sierra currently offers:
Sierra offers a total compensation package that includes a base wage rate, paid time off, and retirement benefits (Employer Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan with discretionary match). Additional benefits may be available based on an established work schedule. The full wage range for this position is $25-$30 per hour. We are committed to do our best to supply a suitable pay range for this job. We will work hard to assess the proper fit for you within Sierra’s company structure after assessing your experience, training, and qualifications.
