Job summary

Alliance Clinical Network in Canoga Park, California seeks an Internal Medicine physician to serve as a Principal Investigator on clinical trials. This on-site role offers very flexible, part-time hours (approximately 5–15 hours per week, depending on study needs) with comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support.

You will provide medical oversight for trials, ensure participant safety, review eligibility, and collaborate with site staff, sponsors, IRBs, and CROs to maintain high-quality data

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Internal Medicine specialization and board eligibility/ certification.
• Active, unrestricted California Medical Board license.
• Interest in clinical research and ability to review structured data.
• Strong documentation and HIPAA/compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight for assigned trials and ensure participant safety.
• Review participant eligibility, screening outcomes, and adverse events.
• Perform or oversee study-specific medical assessments and data collection.
• Support site staff and coordinate with IRBs, sponsors, and CROs.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and FDA requirements.
