Job summary

Vohra Wound Physicians in Springfield, IL is seeking a part-time Internal Medicine physician to provide bedside wound care in post-acute settings. The role offers autonomy, a flexible schedule, and no nights or weekends, with rounds conducted at multiple facilities within a 40–60 mile radius.

Responsibilities include managing wound care across facilities, documenting in real-time, and participating in a 6-month wound care fellowship during onboarding. W2 employment with benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the practicing state.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• Willingness to work in a mobile wound care setting within a 40–60 mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Full-time is Monday-Friday (7am-4pm); part-time available with a minimum of 3 days per week.
• No call and no weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute care settings; conduct weekly wound rounds and document in real-time using the proprietary wound-specific EMR.
