Job summary

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the practicing state.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in the post-acute care setting (SNF, LTACH).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Care is mobile within a 40–60 mile radius of practice location.
• Treat approximately 20–30 patients per day across 2–3 facilities.
• No nights, no calls, no weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Clinical documentation at point of care using proprietary wound-specific EMR.
