Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in architecture
• 3+ years of experience
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and able to meet project timelines and client expectations
• Excellent problem solving, verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of projects including NYC Apartments, Townhouses, Independent Schools renovations, Rural Private Homes, Rural Mixed Use and Historic Restorations.
• Assist in projects built to Passive House and High Performance Standards.
