Job summary

Charm Connect is seeking a skilled Instrument Technician for a part-time role in the United States. You will maintain, repair, and calibrate instrumentation used in industrial and laboratory settings, troubleshoot issues, and ensure instruments operate reliably.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience, read technical manuals and schematics, and communicate effectively within a team. High school diploma required; technical certification preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role.
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance, repairs and calibrations on instrumentation equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues in a timely manner.
Perform preventative maintenance on instruments to ensure optimal performance.
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
Communicate with team members to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
