We seek passionate and skilled artist-educators, practitioners, and scholars who are committed to excellence in teaching and mentoring students. Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise in their field and a dedication to fostering student learning, creativity, and engagement in both introductory and advanced coursework. Part-time faculty may be considered for teaching assignments in a variety of subject areas depending on departmental needs and candidate qualifications. Courses may include studio, performance, lecture, seminar, laboratory, or technology-based instruction. While there is no specific position associated with this posting at this time, applications will be used to build and maintain a qualified pool of instructors for future part-time teaching opportunities within the School of the Arts. Appointments are made on an as-needed basis and are contingent upon enrollment, funding, and programmatic needs.Teaching responsibilities involve:* Teaching a two or three-contact hour course during scheduled course times.
