ABOUT US

DivaDance is a dance experience for adults. We offer flexible part‑time hours, extensive support and personal development, leadership opportunities, and the chance to be part of a growing franchise organization.

THE GIG

You’ll teach every class, guiding clients through original choreography to a wide range of songs. Classes are for all levels and follow a consistent format. The candidate should have a big personality, experience creating choreography and teaching adults, and be responsive via phone or text. The role includes completing our online Instructor Development Program and Membership Sales training, with no cost to the instructor.

AUDITIONS

Auditions are scheduled from mid‑June through mid‑July. Once applications are reviewed, a day and time will be set.

HOURS, COMPENSATION, LOCATION

Teaching 2–3 classes per week in the evenings and daylight hours. Classes take place in studios in Castle Hills and the UTSA areas, possibly adding locations in Boerne, Stone Oak, and Bulverde. Reliable transportation to all locations is required.

Compensation starts at $30 per class plus team bonuses based on business performance and class quality.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Experience teaching and choreographing for adults is required. Bonus points for former dance team, drill team, or cheerleader experience. Applicants must submit a video of original choreography. Applications without choreography links will not be considered.
