Job summary

IVX Health, Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for day shift duties at our Fishers and Avon infusion centers. The RN will deliver direct infusion care, monitor responses, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting.

You will expand skills with ultrasound IV, charting in EHR, and ongoing professional development while supporting patient-centered care and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active and Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center, outpatient clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
• Strong IV and Infusion Therapy Skills, biologics, medication management, emergency response.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA/regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on-site and via supervision during infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and document observations; monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations, side effects, and disease management.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR; review nursing documentation and uphold HIPAA/OSHA standards.
• Support chart preparation and treatment planning to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams for care coordination.
• Assist with inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Work across multiple facilities within the designated market as needed.
• Take on additional duties to support patient care and organizational goals.
