Bambini Montessori Academy in Maryland is hiring Infant and Toddler Teachers. The role offers $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with full- and part-time shifts, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, on-site only.

We provide a nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and professional development. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 45-hour Child Growth & Development certification is required.
• 45-hour Preschool Curriculum certification is required for Preschool Teachers.
• 45-hour Infant/Toddler certification is required for Infant/Toddler Teachers.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a licensed childcare center or 30 college credits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning practices.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities.
