Qualifications

• 3+ years of childcare experience.
• Infant and toddler experience required.
• Comfort with nephrostomy care (training provided).
• Up-to-date CPR/First Aid.
• Tdap, flu, and COVID vaccinations required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care based on the child's daily needs.
• Prepare meals and snacks for the child.
• Assist with diapering and daily routines.
• Empty nephrostomy bags and monitor for concerns (training provided).
• Weigh wet diapers to help track urine output.
• Engage in age-appropriate indoor and outdoor play.
• Encourage movement, exploration, and developmental milestones.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment.
• Clean up after meals and activities.
