Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties.
• Document key features and conditions and take clear photographs.
• Compile thorough underwriting survey reports for risk evaluation.
• Dispatch daily from home with flexible hours and no central office reporting.
