Job summary

ScanScape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer (store).

This part-time, on-site role offers independence, flexible hours, and a consistent schedule with 4–6 hours per week across multiple store types including grocery, convenience, drug, and mass

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Must be deadline-driven and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores weekly to scan product barcodes on displays and in aisles.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes across store locations.
• Complete display scanning and collect product data as required by clients.
• Participate in custom projects that may add 30 minutes to 2 hours in certain weeks.
• Meet weekly deadlines while maintaining data quality and accuracy.
