Job summary

Hallmark Merchandiser positions involve working in various retail stores to optimize product placement and maintain inventory. You will independently manage Hallmark displays, support seasonal resets, and assist store teams, with occasional cross-brand opportunities.

Part-time role with a variable schedule, typically 10–20 hours weekly. Training is provided, and benefits are available for eligible part-time employees. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.
• Able to operate a handheld device to access documents and info.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products across stores using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: extend hours and days around major holidays as needed.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixture building, and relocations two weeks in advance of remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers to support territories.
