Job summary

Circana is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates in Lebanon, MO to perform in-store data collection by scanning barcodes at assigned retail locations. The role involves visiting stores weekly, using a mobile app, and ensuring timely data delivery across 52 weeks a year.

We offer flexible hours, paid travel at your hourly rate (minus the first and last 15 minutes), and eligibility for a 401(k) with employer matching contributions.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores weekly to scan barcodes on displays and in aisle locations.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes in multiple locations.
• Complete in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year.
• Report to your store within the described deadline and finish Display Scanning weekly.
• Assist with Custom Projects that may add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work for each store.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and deliver reliable data to clients.
