Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local retailers in Decorah, IA, and collect in-store data by scanning product barcodes with a mobile app. This role offers flexible hours, typically 2–4 hours per week per store, with additional hours for special projects throughout the year.

You will work across grocery and other store types, report to deadlines, and may engage in Custom Projects that extend your work time. AIS-assisted screening may be used.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet high, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be deadline-driven and have access to reliable Wi‑Fi and be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile device to scan barcodes across store locations.
• Report to assigned store by deadlines and complete display scanning weekly.
• Assist with Custom Projects which add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work during peak periods.
• Support clients by providing accurate data and maintaining consistency in the data collected.
