Beauty Barrage in Spokane, WA is seeking a Brand Market Specialist to serve as the face of assigned brands in retail environments. You will drive sales, raise brand awareness, and build relationships with store teams, delivering product demonstrations and educating staff.

This is a fluctuating, part-time, seasonal role with monthly scheduling that can range from 0 to 20 hours. You should be self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about beauty, with reliable transportation to travel within

Qualifications

• Must have beauty retail experience.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
• Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Beauty savvy and professional in image.
• Must own a vehicle and travel within territory.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop relationships with store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.
