Job summary

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking fun, experienced voice and piano instructors to teach part-time in person at our Velocity Music Academy in Northwest Austin (Cedar Park). Successful candidates will have a music performance degree or equivalent performing experience and a love of teaching to work with young musicians.

Instructors are paid $28–$32 per hour, with a 401(k) program after 90 days and health benefit options for part- and full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in music performance or equivalent performing experience.
• Love of teaching and working with young musicians.
• Punctual and reliable with transportation.
• Able to pass routine background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach voice and piano IN PERSON at Velocity Music Academy in Northwest Austin (Cedar Park).
• Foster student progress with engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
• Tailor instruction to individual student goals and levels.
• Maintain records of attendance and progress.
