Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking a Part-Time In-Home Veterinarian to serve Dayton, OH and surrounding areas. As a mobile hospice provider, you will deliver compassionate in-home care and euthanasia, supporting families during meaningful moments while maintaining clinical excellence.

The role offers a guaranteed base salary of $45,000 annually for part-time (2 days/week) with bonus opportunities and benefits. Full-time detail available upon request.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and eligibility to practice in the U.S.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home hospice and euthanasia care to pets and families.
• Support families through end-of-life decisions with empathy and clear communication.
• Document patient care and coordinate with the Lap of Love team for seamless service.
