Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to provide hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes across Fort Worth and surrounding areas. This mobile role supports work-life balance, ongoing training, mentorship, and a culture of kindness.

You will have 3-4 un-rushed appointments per day, flexible 2-5 day-per-week options, and a base salary with bonus opportunities plus benefits including 401k, PTO, and pet insurance.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets in clients' homes.
• Practice as a mobile veterinarian while receiving mentorship and support.

Full-time (3-day, 4-day, and 5-day) compensation details available upon request.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date
