Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Oklahoma City, OK, is seeking a Part-Time In-Home Veterinarian to serve Edmond, Norman, Yukon, Moore, Mustang, Blanchard and surrounding areas. You will provide hospice and euthanasia care in clients’ homes, practicing compassionate medicine with flexibility that supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) required.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in their homes.
• Work as a mobile veterinarian, maintaining professional medical standards and coordinating with Lap of Love team for patient continuity.

• Veterinarian Salary Range: Part-time (2-day/week) opportunities available in Oklahoma City, OK, including Edmond, Norman, Yukon, Moore, Mustang, Blanchard, and surrounding areas, offering a guaranteed base salary of $45,000 annually plus bonus opportunities and benefits. Full-time (3-day, 4-day, and 5-day) compensation details available upon request

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)


• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license


• Availability to work some weekends


• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
