Comfort Keepers of North Georgia is seeking a compassionate RN to provide in-home care in Cumming and surrounding areas. You can choose your hours with no nights or holidays required, and part-time opportunities are available.

The role involves assessing clients, coordinating with families and physicians, and guiding caregivers to implement care plans. This is a part-time position with a supportive team and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Current RN license in Georgia is required.
• BLS certification required.
• 2 years RN experience in home health/geriatrics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-home client assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Serve as a clinical liaison between caregivers, physicians, families, and the office team.
• Train, guide, and support caregivers on care plans and safe practices.
• Monitor client progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state home care regulations and agency policies.
