Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. in Lancaster, WI is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support an elderly client at home. This long-term role offers 25 hours weekly with the schedule: Mon and Wed 8:30am–2:30pm, Tue and Thu 8am–12pm.

Pay is $28 per hour total ($24 base plus $4 bonus if all shifts are worked in the pay period). Prior caregiving experience is required; training is provided. A background check and TB skin test are required, with reimbursement opportunities for the TB test.
