Qualifications

• Experience in home health, caregiving, or direct patient care preferred.
• Clear background check clearance prior to hire.
• Ability to follow personalized care plans and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with daily personal care routines (dressing, bathing).
• Provide mobility support for a wheelchair user.
• Provide timely medication reminders during shifts.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands.
