Job summary

Right at Home in Oregon is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Caregiver to help seniors live safely and independently in their own homes across the Rogue Valley. You will provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility support, and medication reminders, following care plans and recording daily notes in our mobile app.

Applicants must be 18+, have reliable transportation, pass a background check, and read/write English.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
• Communicating effectively with office team.
