Job summary

TLC Care Services LLP in Fairbanks, Alaska is seeking a compassionate and dependable in-home caregiver to provide quality care near Roost Rd and Chena Hot Springs Road. This part-time, hourly position offers morning (9:30 AM–11:30 AM) and evening (6:00 PM–8:00 PM) shifts, with weekend options, and an emphasis on personal care, companionship, mobility assistance, and safety in the client’s home.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Experience with transfers, colostomy and incontinence care is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, incontinence care, and colostomy care.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Drive clients to doctor appointments and errands.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
