Job summary

Senior Helpers of West Ky is hiring part-time caregivers to provide in-home senior care. You will offer companionship, assist with daily activities, and follow individualized care plans in clients' homes.

This role requires daytime shifts with rotating weekend availability and a compassionate, organized approach. We welcome individuals who are motivated to learn, communicate effectively, and adapt to varying client needs.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new skills to better the lives of our clients.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship through conversation and activities.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as hygiene and mobility.
• Support with diet monitoring, meal preparation, and medications as appropriate.
• Follow client care plans and provide updates as needed.
