Job summary

Right at Home SLC is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Caregiver to provide one-on-one, in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities in the Salt Lake City area. You will support daily activities, assist with hygiene, prepare meals, and help clients maintain independence while building meaningful relationships with families and clients.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, medication reminders, and adherence to care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Experience with dementia and behavioral care.
• Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care that enhances quality of life for male and female clients.
• Assist with personal hygiene (peri-care, bathroom or in-bed support, brief changes).
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments or outings.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Care during morning hours and build rewarding relationships with clients.
