As a part-time role, you will coordinate with families and the care team to ensure consistent support during scheduled hours, with flexible scheduling and a focus on compassionate, respectful care within the Fargo community.

Qualifications

• Hands-on care experience with seniors or adults with varying needs.
• Understanding of personal care, safe transfer techniques, and home safety.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work respectfully with clients and families.
• Dependability, punctuality, and flexibility to adapt to scheduling.
• Ability to follow a care plan and document services accurately.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation for errands or appointments.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility.
• CPR or first aid certification is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support mobility with transfers, walking, and repositioning.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders and help clients follow daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain safe living spaces.
• Run errands and provide transportation to appointments and grocery shopping.
• Offer companionship through conversation and engaging activities.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to the care team.
