Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform diaper changes with proper hygiene and care.
• Bed rotation/repositioning to prevent pressure sores (every few hours as needed).
• Provide companionship and gentle supervision.
• Ensure client comfort while in bed.
• Monitor basic needs and report concerns to the family.
• Maintain a clean and safe care environment.
