Job summary

ComForCare Edmond seeks part-time in-home care aides to assist clients in their own homes. You’ll provide compassionate, respectful support, including meal prep, mobility assistance, personal care, and companionship.

Ideal candidates have a strong desire to help others, good communication skills, and reliability. Training is provided and background checks are required to ensure safety and trust.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong desire to help others and provide care.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, respectful, and compassionate demeanor.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Ability to pass background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Remind clients about medications as directed.
• Assist with mobility and safe movement around the home.
• Support personal hygiene and daily care tasks.
• Prepare simple meals and snacks.
• Help with light housekeeping duties.
• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Assist with routine daily activities in the home.
