Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring for entry-level ABA positions in the Wake Forest area. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, following evidence-based plans to support independence and positive behavior.

All positions start part-time with flexible afternoon or evening hours. No experience is required; full training is provided and you must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. A minimum 6-month commitment is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, applying evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
