Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or direct-care roles.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn EHR systems.
• Preferred CNA/MA/EMT or healthcare-related training; or enrollment in such program.
• Six months in healthcare or patient-facing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct patient care under supervision, ensuring dignity, comfort, and safety.
• Communicate procedures, delays, and expectations to reduce anxiety.
• Verify patient identity and confirm the ordered exam.
• Prepare patients for imaging exams, including positioning and transfers.
• Assist with exam prep, patient transport, and room/equipment readiness.
• Document patient data in PACS, RIS, and EHR systems.
• Follow MRI safety and radiation safety standards as applicable.
