The position emphasizes individualized lesson planning, curriculum adaptation for diverse learners, and collaboration with teachers, families, and service providers to support student progress.

Qualifications

• Provide direct instruction aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans.
• Adapt curriculum materials to support diverse learners.
• Review, understand, and implement each student's IEP mandates.
• Collect progress data and prepare quarterly reports.
• Maintain session notes and required timelines.
• Communicate with teachers regarding accommodations and strategies.

Responsibilities
