• Willingness to check email frequently and learn new software.
• Ability to coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages timelines to meet compliance requirements.
• Manages meeting calendars and coordinates attendees.
• Collects student data and maintains privacy.
• Assists with IEP files and related documentation.
• Assists students with emergencies and basic needs as required.
• Maintains filing systems and transcribes minutes.
