Qualifications

• Drug screen as a condition of employment where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, delivery personnel, and contractors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures and emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals, packages, bags, and deliveries according to access-control protocols at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Verify identification, credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation before permitting access to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents, screening concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas and entry points, documenting observations and security-related incidents.
