Job summary

Intermountain Health in Ogden, UT is seeking a Hyperbaric and Wound Physician for part-time coverage. You will provide outpatient wound care, supervise hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and collaborate with the inpatient wound care team as needed.

Expect two 10-hour shifts weekly (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and one week of hyperbaric call per month. The role supports physician well-being with a robust benefits package, CME allowance, and license/malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• Residency training in Family or Internal Medicine preferred.
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
• UHMS-approved 40-hour Introductory Course in Hyperbaric Medicine, or eligibility and willingness to complete during onboarding.
• Commitment to enroll in the UHMS PATH program within one year of hire and progress toward completion.
• Active Utah medical license, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.
• We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient wound care, supervise hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and collaborate with the inpatient wound care team as needed.
• Work two 10-hour shifts per week, preferably Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• Provide one week of hyperbaric call coverage each month.
• Support quality care and excellent patient experience as part of the team.
