Job summary

Innovative Tomato, LLC is seeking an energetic, entry-level Junior Graphic Designer/Digital Marketer to join our small team. The role is approximately 70% visual design & content creation and 30% digital marketing execution, with responsibilities spanning print/digital assets, video content, social campaigns, and performance analytics for both internal and client brands.

You will collaborate with leadership to brainstorm creative strategies and bring concepts to finished assets, while balancing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio/work experience).
1–2 years of agency or internship experience preferred.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects).
Strong copywriting, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Graphic & Visual Design: Design print and digital marketing collateral, brand assets, and digital ad graphics.
Video Production: Edit and produce short-form video content for web and social platforms.
Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage social media accounts, draft copy for campaigns, and run targeted online advertising.
Analytics & Optimization: Track, measure, and report on key web/social metrics (Google Analytics, Meta ads) to optimize campaign performance.
Multi-Hat Strategy: Collaborate directly with leadership to brainstorm creative strategies and translate them into finished assets from concept through execution.
