Scheels All Sports, Inc. is hiring for a sales associate in Minnesota. The role offers starting wages of $17.50+ per hour, with a schedule that covers 9 a.m.–9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and Sundays 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
Part of an employee-owned culture, you will help customers, promote Scheels Visa, and keep the floor inviting and organized. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of sales experience; those handling firearms must be over 21.

Starting at $17.50+/hour
Schedule:
Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, must be available a minimum of every other weekend. Average hours per week is 20 hours. All associates that process firearms, must be over the age of 21.

Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1-3 months of sales experience
All associates that process firearms, must be over the age of 21.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
