Job summary

The Betsy – South Beach is seeking an HR Records Administrator to compile and maintain personnel records and data across all staff levels.

You will handle employee data, explain benefits, assist with orientations, and support HRIS and payroll processes using ADP TotalSource and Google Suite. Friendly team, luxury hospitality setting on Ocean Drive, with a focus on accurate records and compliant procedures.

Qualifications

• College degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Some experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Knowledge of HRIS and payroll processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain personnel records and files.
• Record data for each employee, including earnings and absences.
• Explain HR policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or applicants.
• Assist in administering employee benefit programs and workers' compensation.
• Answer questions regarding salaries, benefits, and eligibility.
• Prepare and set up for new employee orientations.
• Gather records from other departments and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare reports for personnel actions and compliance.
• Interview job applicants to assess qualifications.
• Process employment applications for eligibility checks.
• Inform applicants of acceptance or rejection.
• Post job vacancies and notify eligible workers.
• Collect information from references and law enforcement as needed.
• Distribute staff communications via HRIS and email.
• Maintain knowledge of Google Suite and ADP TotalSource.
