Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a store associate to maintain a safe, clean environment across the store and engage customers with assistance on products and services. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, follow approved procedures, and help replenish supplies as needed.

Responsibilities include stocking, basic equipment maintenance, and utilizing Kohl’s tools to communicate with the team. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, is required.

About the Role

Essential Functions

• Ability to withstand exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties, including without limitation, stockroom operations, truck unloading, etc.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50lbs. with a two‑person lift.
• Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push, and pull on a frequent basis.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.
• Ability to comply with health and safety standards.
