Job summary

SMS Healthcare is seeking a facilities attendant to maintain cleanliness in commercial, retail, healthcare environments. You will perform detailed cleaning of rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas to keep premises in clean and orderly condition.

The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to loud environments. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, PTO, bonuses, and a 401K.

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.

• Sweeps, scrubs, finishes, and polishes floor.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Dusts furniture and equipment. Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.

Summary: Keeps premises of commercial, retail, airport, hospitality, healthcare, convention centers/arenas or other institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
