The Gardens at Gettysburg is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility in Gettysburg, PA. This Part-Time position features Every Other Weekend (EOW) scheduling and entails maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Ideal candidates will have prior housekeeping or cleaning experience, be at least 18 years old, and demonstrate reliability and attention to detail in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Follow established housekeeping procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Collect and launder soiled linens, including facility and resident personal items
• Fold, hang, and distribute residents’ personal linens, ensuring items are neatly organized in rooms, closets, and drawers
• Maintain cleanliness throughout resident rooms and common areas
• Use cleaning materials, products, and equipment according to facility procedures
