Kids for the Future and Birch Tree Properties are seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain Birch Tree properties in a clean and safe condition. You will perform cleaning tasks, inspect spaces for cleanliness, and report hazards to supervision.

The role requires honesty, dependability, and the ability to work with staff in a fast-paced setting while ensuring timely attendance and proper storage of supplies. This part-time non-exempt position emphasizes reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• General educational background without high school completion.

• Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping duties such as cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash for assigned locations.
• Inspect all areas for cleanliness.
• Monitor and report health and safety issues to supervisor.
• Submit cleaning supply requests as needed.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with supervisor and staff.
• Ensure all housekeeping and cleaning supplies are stored in the appropriate place.
• Regular and punctual attendance is required.
• The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
