Unity Psychiatric Care in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to support daily housekeeping operations in a healthcare setting. The role involves following schedules, cleaning patient areas, corridors and public spaces, and ensuring proper sanitation and safety practices.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors and surfaces, restocking supplies, and lifting moderately heavy items. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with attention to privacy and infection control

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret work schedules and assignments.
• Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily schedules.
• Clean and/or vacuum front entry, lobby areas and public restrooms upon checking in.
• Clean assigned zones, including doors, walls, patient room furniture, windows and sills.
• Clean dining tables, chairs, ice machines and other equipment after patient meals.
• Monitor location of chemicals during cleaning.
• Complete monthly bed cleaning duty and reline receptacles with liners.
• Ensure work areas are clean and equipment stored after use.
• Assist in lifting heavy equipment and supplies as directed.
• Report low inventory of housekeeping supplies.
