Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time housekeeping team member in Mason, OH. You will provide housekeeping services to residents and maintain the clean, welcoming environment of the community.

The role requires 1+ year of housekeeping experience, clear communication with residents and staff, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks. Weekend flexibility is available to fit the schedule.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of experience in a private or public housekeeping capacity (i.e. hotel or personal home).
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time
• Strong customer service skills are required
